This was the event where Charlie Chaplin returned to Hollywood to accept an Honorary Academy Award! He received a 12 minute standing ovation, the longest in Oscar history! This is a ticket stub from an Orchestra seat. If you are in the know with Academy Award seating, this is reserved for talent!
